Selena Gomez a 27-year-old singer just purchased legendary rock star Tom Petty’s former Encino home in Los Angeles that Petty custom-built in 1989. The late singer and his wife Jane Benyo both designed the 11,483 sq. ft. home. Gomez paid $4.9 million for this residence.

The house has been extensively renovated and boasts a number of modern features.

There are also six bedrooms and 10 baths, plus a gym, massage room, workspace and a second kitchen.

The lavish property is also said to have secret passageways leading from room to room.
