Mark Zuckerberg, The Facebook founder announced last Wednesday(5^th Aug) rollout of new Instagram Reels across the US which has boosted Zuckerberg's wealth to $100 billion.

Reels is short form video platform like Tik-Tok which is very strategically launched in over 50 countries during a precarious time for rival TikTok.

By 2012 Facebook had one billion users. In 2020, Facebook has over two billion monthly users which favourably impact Instagram Reels.

After the launch Facebook shares rose by more than 6 percent yesterday and it places him among the world’s exclusive Centibillionaire Club, joining the likes of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and Microsoft’s Bill Gates.
